Jst got back here to our Borneo holiday home..saw the news few days bk that an Aussie guy body was found in a park in Labuan...scary..goodness!!
Land scams by brokers are at large here..espacially advertised here on the net.Dont be fooled by a guy who pretends and adverts all the land(tourism purposes and investments) in Sabah...you might ended up depositing a couple thousand quids for nothing...I followed the advise of a fellow Brit who said the best way is go directly to a Goverment body or real estate thats around Kota Kinabalu..at least they are proper and 'real'...rather then a site full of beaches and islands of 'unknown' owners!!
Take this advice and forward to all potential investors...be safe!! |
